Salt/Saline
Salt/Saline is a great flavor booster. It can balance sweetness and bitterness, smoothing out a cocktail. It can also enhance citrus flavor and acidity without the need for more acid.
A pinch of salt can be added to the cocktail, but for consistency, saline is easy to make and allows more control.
To Make It:
2 oz (60mL) Distilled or Purified Water
1 Tbsp (15g) Fine Sea Salt
Combine in a jar and shake vigorously. Once salt is dissolved, pour into a dropper bottle.
Scarface
Sometimes the dream of building a beautiful life starts with a fresh beginning, and for Cuban immigrant Tony Montana, Miami seems full of endless possibilities. Alongside his loyal friends, he works his way into the city's booming business world, trading modest jobs for grand estates, lavish parties, and a home overflowing with luxury and larger-than-life décor. But as Tony's ambitions grow, he discovers that a house filled with expensive treasures can't replace the comfort of family, trust, and meaningful relationships. The pressures of success slowly unravel the life he has built, leaving behind fractured bonds and a lonely mansion that feels more like a fortress than a home. In the end, Scarface serves as an unexpected reminder that the richest lives are rarely measured by what we own, but by the people we choose to keep close.
